When I first saw these plushies i was stunned at how the artist made these. These OOAK plushies are amazing in every aspect. The way he did flitter and cloudchasers mane are amazing. And they are highly show accurate, not to mention the amazing socks and earmuffs with these. These are beautiful plushies! The best I've ever seen. The colors of the socks and scarf are simply divine. I hope the maker will do comissions soon on them because he is sitting on a gold mine. I think the size of them is not to big but not to small. Overall these plushies are amazing, (the best I've ever seen) i hope their will be more for sell soon.
Soo I have a few questions. How look did one took? Is it hard to make them or actually "only" long? And is making the cutie mark and the eyes hard because I consider buying a emb. machine. And how much did they cost? They are really cute I love Flitter and her hair it is so adorable. They look perfect and I guess they are even cuddlier than they look x33 It is awesome that you made them
Some stuff is hard, but most of the time, it just takes a hell of a long time to make them. Embroidering isn't hard once you know how to make the designs correctly. Check out the Brother SE-400. It's a dual sew-embroidery machine that is extremely popular, and its price can't be beat too!
I don't have a embroidering machine and I don't know If I should buy one >__< I started my first plushie btw!! But it is only a chibi one because the other ones are so big and I didn't have a pattern and I only sew with my hands and not with a machine so a large plushie would be hard to make i guess o.o
Oh, but I heard there is quite a lot to sew by hand, is that right? Hm I think you're right because it is more solid then and my plushie is a bit... um... not solid xD But I think I am good at coming up with patterns :3
The only things that need hand stitching is attaching things together, like head-to-body, tail-to-body, etc. Other than that, a machine does everything perfectly, and even better if you have one that embroiders too like i do. :3
Ah okay How exactly does an embroidery machine work actually? I have never seen one... but I heard you can make cutie marks and stuff with it! (There is so much to learn xD) Do you want to see my plushie when it is finished?
